Hi, I’m Meghan Barich
I help folks who crave a deeper connection with their inner wisdom to muse and meander with creative expression as an influence for inspired action and decision-making so that they can better trust and embody their own intuition.
It wasn't until I reconnected with my deep connection to journaling that I started to express myself for myself. I started to fall in love with writing all over again after tending to pretty big "creativity wound" and jumped into studies at the Therapeutic Writing Institute to become a Certified Journal Facilitator and where I earned a certificate as a Journal to the Self® instructor. I am also one of Whitney Freya's Creatively Fit Coaches (we call ourselves Rainbow🌈 Warriors!)
Now I know that my love of writing and the expressive arts is meant to help others. Creative expression taps into our deepest knowing, and it is available to all.
