Here's a prompt for you to try out the ✨ Inspired Action Framework ✨ for yourself. All you'll need is your journal, pen, and a timer. 

📝 ASK: What is one area of my life that most needs my attention right now? If I prioritize this area, then what else may need to wait?

📝 ALLOW: Put your timer on for five minutes and allow whatever wants to come up to come up. No need to edit. Just start writing and keep writing until the timer goes off. 

📝 ALIGN: Once the timer goes off, re-read what you wrote and give yourself two to three sentences of feedback/reflection. Your sentence might start off like "As I read this noticed ..."

📝 Inspired ACTION: Write one action item that came through. It could be as simple as drink a glass of water or take walk. Small actions built up on one another are great momentum. Look at how far you've come today!
